These terms apply when you order from Sourdough Amore through sourdoughamore.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pickup

We bake in small batches for weekend pickup near St. Joseph, Minnesota. You choose a pickup date and pack size and pay online. After you pay, we email your exact pickup address and instructions. Please pick up during the pickup window shown on the site.

Missed pickups

If your order is not picked up during the pickup window on your chosen date, it is forfeited. We cannot hold, refund, or reschedule it, and you would need to place a new order to get more donuts.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

All orders are final

All orders are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If something is wrong with your order, please email us and we will do our best to help.

Homemade food notice

These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. They are made in a home kitchen under Minnesota’s cottage food rules.

Allergens

Our donuts and bread contain wheat. The donuts also contain milk and butter, and are fried in coconut oil. Our products are made in a home kitchen where other common allergens may be present. If you have a food allergy, please email us before you order.

Website use

The site is provided as is. Food photos on the site may be illustrative and may not match your order exactly. To the extent the law allows, Sourdough Amore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order applies to that order.
